GPS Module & Analysis Tool / Baja Racing

I’ve been a member of McMaster’s Baja Racing Team from 2016-2019 (1 year in controls, 2 in data acquisition).
My main contribution involved GPS data gathering and visualization. The first version was an Arduino based standalone system. Due to changing requirements, a second version was designed to run alongside other DAQ subsystems using a Raspberry Pi and Python. Afterwards, I developed a data analysis tool to filter and visualize lap by lap data.

I’ve also machined parts, worked with carbon fibre, milled PCBs, etc to assist other branches of the team.
